Guys don’t buy their product. Service is very bad. Today I am sharing my feedback after 6 months
1. Their tech support is zero. Don’t go to mr. Sanjay he is very arrogant.
2. Brought PTZ camera. And Sound System.
At the time of selling the provide us warranty of 1 year of both product.
But now they refused and asking for money.
From the beginning we are facing issues in sound system and mic is not working properly and some times camera also stops working. Ekin service center is not ready to listen our program. Did Huge mistake to take their product not going to buy again and let anyone else also
